Arbitration Procedures

Severability

If an arbitrator or court decides that any of the provisions in this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, then the entirety of this Agreement to Arbitrate shall be null and void. The remainder of the Agreement and any disputes sections will continue to apply and that jurisdiction over and venue of any suit shall be exclusively in the state and federal courts sitting in the state of Delaware.

Anti-Spam Policy

Spam is strictly against our policies and terms of use, and will result in the immediate deactivation of any partners who are found to have used spam in combination with their advertising agreements.

Subscriptions Mailing list subscriber information must include:
